Funky Whakakai

50’s fashion is one of our favourites and lately we’ve been taking inspiration from 50’s jewellery lines.  The earrings of the 50s were a fantastic mix of funky new styles mixed with classic design and always a lot of fun.  My Mum said that you usually only had 1-2 going out outfits, so your accessories were where you expressed your unique self and changed up your style. I love this idea.

Tim spends many hours carefully carving down our earrings so they are slim, light weight and easy to wear all day.  Slim pounamu also lets the light play through them.  Have a look at that top tangiwai disc – stunning eh?
