Shipping Policy

New Zealand Delivery

We will ship standard postage pieces within 72 hours of your purchase, for 'in stock' taonga.

We post all postal orders with track and trace NZ post.

Express Courier items will be processed and handed to the post shop on the day of order, (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Express Courier orders need to be made before 1pm to enable us to get them to the express courier on time.

Delivery for the express service may take longer than expected due to rural delivery services, weekends, public holidays.  We are at the mercy of NZ Post but will do our part to get your piece to the Post office in express time.

* Orders will not be processed on Sundays or National public holidays. They will be processed and sent on the next business day.

International Delivery

All items are sent via International courier and take 5-21 Working Days -

Zone A: Australia - International Courier $ 25.00
Zone B: South Pacific - International Courier $45.00
Zone C: East Asia & North America - International Courier $45.00
Zone D: UK & Europe - International Courier $50.00
Zone E: Rest of World - International Courier $50.00

Important note for international orders:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches the country it is being shipped to. Any fees will vary depending on the destination country and order value. If unsure, we recommend you contact the relevant overseas customs office to aid in making an informed purchase decision. Taonga By Timoti is not responsible for these fees and it will be the recipient of the goods who will be asked to pay upon delivery. Please consider this, especially when ordering gifts.

Tracking your order

You can track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email which you will receive within two business days of placing your order.

Products are received if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address. Insurance only covers the delivery of the item to this nominated address. Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing, however, we will get in touch if we need more information.
