Refunds, Returns & Repairs


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email [email protected] or phone 022 1944 303 within 5 working days on receipt of goods.

We are more than happy to offer an exchange or store credit.  This excludes delivery and handling charges as these are non-refundable.

We can only offer refunds on faulty items.

The taonga must be returned unused, with no scratches, breaks or any other damage.

Please return the goods together with your receipt within 30 days of receipt so we can process a refund or an exchange of equivalent value. Delivery and handling charges are not refundable. Taonga By Timoti LTD will not accept partial refunds/ exchanges nor will it issue partial refunds/exchanges, you must return the entire order to receive a refund/exchange.


Refunds will not be processed until the goods have been returned to our office.

We do not hold any responsibility for any item/items damaged or broken after you have received your order.   We will not be held accountable for items damaged in transit but will work with you and the postal insurance to find a workable solution.

To return your product, use the reverse side of your invoice to let us know why you made this decision, and your desired resolution (replacement or exchange) for each item.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your order with an insured mail service and keep the receipt for your records. Taonga By Timoti LTD is not responsible for lost return shipments.

All refunds will be credited in New Zealand dollars and Taonga By Timoti Limited are not liable for any bank fees from your bank when processing your refund.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.

Repairs / Warranty

We do not replace any carvings that have broken due to bangs, knocks, or drops. We can tell how something has been broken by assessing the fractures, so get in touch, be honest and we will see what we can do instead of a replacement.
